• Health & Fitness Notes (Optional): Any personal medical considerations, injury history, or pregnancy trimester notes voluntarily provided by you to assist instructor cueing.
• Education Applications: Background, qualifications, and contact details submitted through our teacher training application forms.
• Transaction References: Payment invoice references, timestamps, purchased package names, and payment status.

3. Payment Gateway Security (Razorpay)

Bayform Pilates utilizes certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways including Razorpay Software Private Limited to process digital transactions securely.

Important: We do NOT collect, view, or store sensitive financial data such as your credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVV codes, or net banking passwords on our servers. All sensitive financial authentication occurs exclusively on Razorpay's encrypted, secure checkout servers in full compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directives.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data strictly for operational studio purposes, including:

• Managing your user account, login credentials, and session package balances.
• Scheduling and reserving apparatus class slots (Group Reformer & Private 1:1).
• Processing class cancellations, reschedules, and 15-day renewal rollover tracking.
• Sending automated SMS/email booking confirmations, schedule reminders, and invoice receipts.
• Responding to inquiries submitted to Bayformpilatesstudio@gmail.com.
• Issuing and verifying unique education certification credentials on our public registry.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties or marketing agencies. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g. payment processing via Razorpay and transactional email/SMS delivery), provided these partners adhere to strict confidentiality obligations.

We implement industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable tax, statutory, and auditing regulations in India.
