1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing any session package, or attending sessions at Bayform Pilates ("the Studio", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About the Studio & Services

Bayform Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio located at Panchsheel Plaza, N S Patkar Marg, behind Dharam Palace, Gamdevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400007, offering specialized Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Mat apparatus training. All sessions are led by certified STOTT PILATES® instructors. We offer boutique group sessions strictly capped at limited slots per class, private 1:1 sessions, and professional education certification courses.

3. User Accounts & Booking Responsibilities

To reserve class slots or purchase memberships, clients must register with accurate contact details including full name, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Bookings must be made in advance through the online member portal.

4. Membership Packages, Validity & 15-Day Renewal Rollover

• 8 & 12-Session Packages: Valid for exactly 1 Month (30 days) from the date of activation or first class booking.
• 24 & 36-Session Packages: Valid for exactly 3 Months (90 days) from the date of activation or first class booking.
• Trial Sessions: Valid for 7 days from purchase and limited to one per client.
• 15-Day Renewal Rollover Guarantee: If a member has unused class credits when their package expires, they are entitled to a 15-day grace period. If the member renews with a new package within 15 days of expiry, all remaining unused credits automatically roll over into the new membership. If renewal is not completed within 15 days, unused credits are permanently forfeited.

5. 12-Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Because apparatus slots are strictly limited to ensure precision instruction, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

• Early Cancellation (12+ Hours Notice): If you cancel or reschedule your reserved slot at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time, 1 class credit is automatically restored back to your account balance.
• Late Cancellation (Under 12 Hours Notice): Any cancellation made less than 12 hours prior to the session start time forfeits the class credit. The session is recorded in the system as "Class Done" and no credit refund is granted.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a reserved slot without prior cancellation results in automatic forfeiture of that class session.

6. Online Payments & Pricing

All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable statutory taxes. Online transactions are processed through authorized payment gateway partners including Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you authorize our gateway partner to charge your chosen card, UPI, or netbanking method. Payment receipts are stored in your Member Portal.

7. Health, Physical Clearance & Grip Sock Safety

Pilates involves physical exertion and spring resistance apparatus work. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. If you have any medical condition, pregnancy, spinal pathology, or recent surgery, you must disclose this to the instructor prior to class.

For hygiene, stability, and safety on Reformer carriages, grip socks are mandatory for every client attending studio sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bayform Pilates, its instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained inside the studio premises or arising from participation in sessions, except where directly caused by gross negligence. Clients voluntarily assume all standard risks inherent in physical exercise.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
